REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Policy
   Return Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
   Item Condition: Returned items must be unused and in original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
   Return Request: Please contact us by email before returning the item with your order number and reason for return so that we can generate a Return Authorization (RA) number for you.
2. Return Process

   Get Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
   Packaging Items: Please package the item securely and include the Return Authorization (RA) number and your order information.
   Returning the item: Send the package to the specified return address (please keep proof of mailing).
3. Refund Policy
   Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.
   Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs incurred by your return will not be refunded unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
4. Exchange Policy
   For exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order according to your needs.
5. Returns in Special Circumstances
   Wrong Shipment: If we mistakenly send the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and send the correct item.
   Defective Items: If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please attach photos for us to verify.
